This notice concerns our marketing register.

2. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to identify organisations and people whose professional role is relevant to DDScore, to decide who to contact, and to keep a record of contacts made.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in developing our business and directing our contacts to people whose professional role connects to the subject of the contact.

3. Categories of data

Your name, role and organisation; professional contact details; responsibilities and areas of work; publicly available professional and business background; publicly expressed professional interests; business classifications we have formed in order to decide who to contact and about what; and a record of contacts between us.

4. Source of the data

Publicly accessible professional and business sources, such as company websites and other public web sources, public registers, news, media and event sources, professional profiles published by you or your organisation, and information service providers.

5. Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to our own personnel. We use a service provider for email delivery. Where our tools use third-party AI model services located outside the EEA, those transfers are covered by EU-approved transfer safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep the data for as long as it remains relevant to the purpose in Section 2. If you object, we keep the minimum record needed to ensure that you are not contacted again or collected again from public sources.

7. Your right to object

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing, including profiling related to it. If you object, we will stop. Email [email protected].

8. Your other rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest on grounds relating to your particular situation. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
